You'll have to either modify your forks to accept a 3/4 axle (possibly split bushings) or modify the wheels to accept larger bearings...or dig deep and find bearings that will do the job. you'll probably require custom bearing and axle spacers regardless.
I'd be surprised if there is parts list or procedure published. Somebody may have done this, though. Hopefully they find you...or you them.
If cost is no object and you aren't planning to do the work yourself, you're best recourse is probably to find a good custom bike shop and cut a check.
