OK, I wanted something a little different. There have been changes since these pictures and it will change a lot in the near future.
I know it's not for everyone, but you won't believe how comfortable it is with the suspension, and other changes. Works great for multi-day trips, and can be stripped down in minutes once you get where your going.

I really want to do something similar as far a quick detach touring back. It'd help the old lady on long rides. Where did you get the bracket for that?
What bars are those? did you have to extend lines, cables and/or wires?

Right now it's in the garage with no rear fender, waiting for me to chop the struts and find someone to fab up a swingarm mounted rear fender.
Fortunately I've also got a Superglide to ride. Woohoo!
