What was the HP & TQ? That's a 110, right?

Sucks. I just kinda went through this with a tuner too. Changed nothing but the ve's and they were maxed out a lot in the mid range. It was leaning out

You said it yourself. "Not sure I agree with that. A proper dyno tune is a huge improvement over a canned map auto tuned using narrowband O2 sensors. As long as it's done right". You just have to find a competent place/tuner. What a waste of cash.I'd take a step back and look into who's who out there before re committing. But your right, better than an "auto tune" when done right.

Thats too bad about your tune. The tach thing is something I've had trouble with in the past on my bikes. I watched my guy struggle with it. Never did figure out what the issue was on my bike.

As with your suspension issue I can offer you my dyno guys contact. Not sure he would be able to get you in right away as he is full steam ahead getting bikes ready. Good sign He's dynojet certified as well as other tuners and travels to many of the local dealers with his mobile dyno for events.

I'm a big believer in making lemonade out of lemons. My suggestion is to do the inevitable bigger engine build now, then trailer it to Union's Dyno guy!

Sorry about the challenges but I know you'll get it taken care of properly

Just for fun. Not a Harley but here are two of my bikes getting done. The 450 SMR was the one having tach issues. The bike went from 47 HP to 51 HP. On race fuel but it was still a good gain.

The R6 was a beast once done. It went from 107hp to 115hp. On race fuel again. Blew it up not too long after but it was an assembly issue. Snagged a ring and it was all done after that.
