As i don't have this problem but was reading post anyways, I got to thinking that if this doesn't work you could try the rekluse clutch so you wouldn't have to use the clutch lever as much especially in town. I know its much more expensive than levers but maybe when it comes time to replace the clutch you could switch over.

The Oberon uses a cam system as a pivot point and I could tell right away that it also reduced the effort to pull in the lever.
I'll be getting the brake side lever this spring.
Here's a pic where I clamped the old lever on top of the Oberon so you can see the difference.

WOW!!! holy smoke i think that just made my decision. I think i'll spend a few bucks more and just get the Oberons. Thanks for that pic, VERY helpful! man, it's like a good 1/2 to 3/4 inch difference!

Maybe not what you want to hear but I threw some dirt bike grips on. Also put some big al shorty levers. Most likely not the look your going for but it might be.

Another plug for RSD adjustable levers here. I also wear size medium glove so I feel your pain. As mentioned peviously, the clutch cable still has to travel a certain distance to fully engage. If you adjust the lever in close enough you may have to adjust your clutch a little to make sure it fully engages and isn't dragging.
