Default High idle at slow roll-normal at full stop

What's up guys?
I just bought a new 2016 Street bob. I did the V&H short shots and filter along with the Screaming Eagle race tuner. The service manager dialed it in pretty close going by others they have set up on the Dyno.
I notice when I am rolling to a stop with the clutch in it idles about 1500rpm. As soon as I come to a complete stop it idles down to the normal 950-1000. I am sure this is a setting in the ECU or a fuel injection thing. They all do this correct? Ant way to make it idle normal while it is still rolling? It kinda gets on my nerves.

Are you sure it is not the time involved and not the rolling vs stopped. Try rolling twice as far and see if it idles down..............Just curious.

Kinda crazy. It seems to idle high any time it is rolling like it has a sensor somewhere. Everytime I get to a dead stop it idles normal and has the nice lope.

Maybe for the power steering............Just kidding. I had not noticed the problem on my 07' but will have to pay attention now.

Come to a compleat stop going down a hill. After the idle drops, roll down the hill with the clutch in and see if the idle goes up.

Sounds like a sticky IAC or throttle cable. Sticks close to idle but won't go completely closed, then vibration shakes it loose. I don't get the rolling verses stopped unless maybe the vibration changes or possibly stopping rocks the engine just enough ?? But almost certain there's no sensor or electronic relationship that would try to maintain the idle because you're rolling.

seems like the dealer screwed up your tune. the rpm value is incorrect for that tps position in the VE table. sound to me like the mapping needs to looked at again.

When he set it up the Dyno was down. He did tell me he would get it close enough to ride but if I want it perfect to bring it back for a 4 hour Dyno session.

Take it in man. You paid for it. you should have told him to hold off till the dyno was up and running. no matter, just take it to him and make him dyno it.
