Thinking about putting a set of these on my SB, since I got a lot of love for whitewalls (my dad had them on his '90 Fat Boy and that was the bike that got me into Harley's). Anyone used them or heard reviews on grip compared to stock shoes?
I use them on my 1800 VTX and they will be my next tires for my Heritage. Love the ride and very good wear. Much better ride than stock tires, I had Dunlops on the VTX first and they were very hard and got really squirrely as they wore down. they've been on the X for 3 seasons now and show little wear.
I love the price, the way they look, and the way they handle. I think they wear a little quick though. I get about 6k miles on a rear tire and 12k miles on a front.
i have them on my fxd and have better grip and the ride seem more stable too put 4000 miles on front and rear front shows very little wear the back showed some but not a lot i lost the back tire due to low pressure and it blew so check tire pressure often got a new one and riding on

I got my bike with a shenko on the front. It had a ton of tread but was so chopped out it looked like a sand paddle tire. I went with the American elite both ends and the bike is smooth as glass. 5k on them and still look new.

That's less then stellar on the miles. Bummer deal for ya..
