I got the idea from another member on this thread to mount my turn signals to the bottom of the fairing. The RWD fairing's design makes it easy to mount down there and it gives good visibility. I just drilled a hole and used a standoff with the mount. Scroll up to see pics of my bike.

Used switchback bags with a custom mount that fits under the fender and allows me to use the switchback mounting hardware

Any chance you have any close up shots or shots from the front with the lights on?

question for you guys with the klockwerks windshield. Do you find much improvement over the standard windshield the fairings come with. I don't really have much wind turbulence with the shield it came with but if I could get it about 3" higher then the wind will be going right over my head.

well I went ahead and ordered the klockwerks shield. I'll be sure to post up pics/thoughts after I have a chance to ride it a little.

I have the klockwerks windshield and it works pretty good. I’m 6’2” and I have a calm pocket of air but it’s windy, not buffeting air though. I also have lowers which make a difference as well. The fxrt fairing is a good design and seems to work better than the road glide fairing on my previous bike.

Default Vacant House Fairing

I have a Vacant House fairing for a 2002 FXDX that I am getting build. Motor work will be done to make it a 107ci, chain drive, considering a Baker GrudgeBox, etc.

Looking for the Lowers that fit perfectly with the Vacant House fairing. Need lowers that fit perfect, have not found any yet, looking for suggestions and recommendations on the build and lowers.

The look I am trying to get to is as in the pic.

I have a RWD fairing with BMC lowers and the fit is spot on. I have the Mad Jap Customs brackets on the lowers, which have a fair bit of adjustment. Looks like the white bike has the same brackets on the lowers.

Thanks Rideon, I was told that the lower part of the Vacant House fairings are a little different, I just want to make sure when I buy some they are the correct fit.
