I would like some 13.5-14" shocks for cornering clearance however. And maybe some regular mids 'cause they don't touch down as soon...
Really you scrape pegs? That's awesome I pull up on the inside of every person I have rode with so far and cornered faster never even close to touching pegs 1 guy has a gsxr750 he's a new rider tho... But still I could t imagine how fast you must take corners to hit pegs on this bike.
Just had to add I'm only 135lbs tho so maybe that helps???

OEM exhaust
So, ridden 253 miles so far, what are your thoughts on the oem exhaust.
I am thinking about Kromework slipons, but not sure at the moment.
The standard exhaust is quiet when in low revs, but when you open the bike up above 3000 revs they do sound ok.
For the first time on a Harley I am thinking about keeping this baby stock.
Its at the dealership for a fettle on the sidemount plate which I had fitted, folding back at speed.
I have asked them to look at this to stop it happening.

My experience is that slip-ons sound good with a cat. Sometimes then you add slip ons to a de-chatted head pipe the sound is terrible. With a cat slip ons tend to sound bassy, not brassy and sharp. Plus they're not super loud which can be desirable.
