I guess I am in the minority on liking the riding position. Even at 6'1" with a 34" inseam it just feels right with the "S" designation.

So i purchased 14" t bars for my low rider s and i need extended clutch cables and brakeline/abs. Anyone with a similar height setup? If so, any direction with part numbers would be extremely useful right now!

Thanks in advance

The 110 must run hot. This is the first time I experienced a total activation of the Engine Idle Temperature Management System, on any H-D I've ever owned.
I was stopped at a long traffic light, and the EITMS shut down the rear cylinder.
It was only about 80 degrees with 64% humidity.
I never experienced this on any of my other bikes.
It's time to get this bike a tune, and I will consider removing the cat.
Anyone else experience this yet on their S? It will be interesting to see if others experience this as the summer progresses...

I already ordered the Bassani RR2 and having it dyno tuned next week. Hasn't shut down the rear cylinder yet but it is running hot, especially at the CATS.

Got my Fuel Pak 3 and flashed to make sure the Road Rage exhaust runs right and tweaked the throttle response for fun. Oh my Lord, zero hesitation. Don't sleep on that!
What a beast.

I spoke to a salesperson at the shop I bought my bike from and he said that when he test rode most recently delivered S it had a spongy front brake.

He said it was pretty bad, one of the worst he's felt.

My bike has been in the shop since purchase waiting for parts and three days of work with the majority being the brakes so it hope I never feel it beyond my first ride.

What have the rest of you felt? Do the brakes somehow magically firm up? If so do you know how?

Thanks.

I would assume the front brakes are the same as the 14+ low rider, no?

They appear the same, however the line used seems different, (thinner) which may explain the squish. Functionally though, seem the same to me.

Switching over to synthetic engine oil should help some with that also.

LRS Comes from the factory with Syn 3

I think you're feeling the cat mostly. I put on a Supertrapp Supermeg yesterday and the first ride was noticeably cooler... FWIW.

Edit: Didn't see the ETIMS activation comment. I've not experienced that, and as far as I know, ETIMS isn't active by default. I thought it had to be enabled manually?
