That's what I call customer service. Something the Reading Harley dealership need to understand.
They lost my owners manual, with the key fob info and my data tag.
I have got the key fob codes now, and after a couple of emails to Datatag my bike has been registered.
I did get the suspension tool.
When they located a owners manual, they gave me the wrong one, without the S model spec.
More emails sent and phone calls, and they have now ordered my correct book.
It seems to me once a bike has been sold, and they have your money they don't really care, just move on to
the next sale.
I go back on Saturday for my 1000 mile service, and I am not sure if I will go back again after that.
Love the bike, hate the company.

Kilsean, FWIW yes those are the 6" pullback risers. One of the good things the dealer did for me.

Thanks.

Looking at the bassani road rage 2 - is the correct model number 1D12RB ? Getting conflicting things on what fits the bike on different websites.

Hey buddy, I see you're rocking a TH on your S... quick questions did you have issues with the bracket rubbing on the brake rod that runs below it? Thanks for the help

The Moco went through the Trouble (expense) the make an accurate front (it appears...without scrutiny) and just throws a 9-spoke wheel on the the back.

Hmm...Moco, you get a B- or C

Default OEM exhaust

I like the style of the exhaust on the S, but wish it was a bit louder, but not over the top.
If you take the slipons off, is there any way of reducing the baffles inside.

I got the coin, but had to wait for the manual, tool, and a basic black rain sock, but it was shipped from a sister dealer that forgot to send it. You guys should've received a sock as well. Coin was supposed to be for preorder people only I was told, limited number of those.
