Rear Pulley Info...Help Needed!
Hi guys,
So, I'm in the process of putting a new rear wheel on my '13 street bob. The new rim I bought has a wider hub than the old stock rim. The problem I'm having is when I bolt the stock pulley (PN 40374-07) onto the new rim and try to install the wheel, the pulley actually sticks out too far due to the casted offset on the inner face of the pulley (see pic below). That offset is creating too much width to fit in the swingarm properly. I believe I need the same 66T pulley but with a flush inner face. I see they make a 66T pulley for FLT models (PN 37781-07) which from the pics I've seen looks to be identical, just without that casted offset like I need. Can anyone confirm if the 37781-07 FLT pulley is what I need? Thanks in advance for any input!

Rear Pulley
When I moded my Dyna to take a larger rear rim, I took the pulley to a machine shop and had some of the width milled off to narrow it up. Also had the l/h spacer milled to make more space. On the pulley, I had either 1/4" or 1/2" milled off...I don't remember because it was about 8 years ago.
Easiest way to determine how much needs to go is to put everything on the axle except the pulley and measure how much space you have left. Just make sure your belt can run straight and that the valve stem will clear the brake caliper.

How much wider is the new hub??
I put a 68T pulley from a sportster on my street bob to gain the slightly lower gearing, and had to get a spacer to move the pulley farther away from the hub due to the sportster pulley having a thinner area where it attaches to the wheel hub. I'm thinking the sportster pulley would bolt right up or need a smaller spacer than what I got to sit correctly. The spacers are pretty cheap IIRC.
