Ohlins front fork cartridges

Jeff, if you go back a couple of pages he listed is springs, and I listed mine. The Ohlins tech at the factory needed my weight, the weight of the bike, and the normal load it was going to carry. I can tell you I love mine, and i'm pretty sure Frederic will tell you the same.
9 N/mm: p/n 08790-90
9.5 N/mm: p/n 08790-95
10 N/mm: p/n 08790-10
10.5 N/mm: p/n 08790-05
OK, I found your post W.Glide and I see you used 9 N/mm springs.

Love mine too indeed ! Makes me fell my bike is 100kg lighter
As I said previously, i'm 95kg when geared up, I used the 10N/mm springs (and 29 for the rear blackline HD763).
I set the preload to 5 turns, it may may need 1 less turn but I'll wait a few rides for the coils to sag before fine tunnig it.
Set the preaload and rebound at 12cliks as in the setup data, feel good for now

Not yet. I'm waffling about it. I already have racetech springs and cartridge emulators, which clearly aren't going to be as good as these, but I'm going back and forth on spending $800 for this, or getting Howard's 30mm cartridges installed. It's another $900, but he seems to think the improvement will be exponentially better, vs. this kit which may only be a moderate improvement over the racetech.

You are going back and forth between the NIX22 and the NIX30. Here is what OhlinsUSA told me:
"...our NIX 30mm cartridge kits are designed for the majority of the Sportbike applications. Our NIX 22 cartridge kit uses the same NIX technology as the 30mm kit (RH rebound, LH Compression), it’s just a different size piston. Larger is not always better, we have a 25mm pressurized kit that is a higher design level than the NIX kit.
To answer your original question they are at the same level. Our NIX 22mm Cartridge kits for the Harley Davidsons are specifically designed for that particular model motorcycle."

And personally i'll wager Ohlins knows a little more about their product than anyone else does.
