Ohlins front fork cartridges

Took the bike out for a ride : man, this is so much better !
The bike and the front end feels so much lighter, bike is way easier to put into a curve and much more stable. Brike dive is almost gone (still a little but i guess that normal with an AN big rotor kit...). Weight transfer is almost inexistant during acceleration/decel.
For now, I put 5 turns in Preload, Comp and Reboud set to 12clicks.
I have Ohlins HD763 (blackline piggyback) with a 29nm spring (instead of the 32, was sold to me like that for my weight by Ohlins France), but I suspect it to be a little bit to light since the bike now have little bit more sag on the rear than on the front... will phone them tommorow.
Put 1.2L of Ohlins 5w oïl for the two tubes.

Lol! It's good to see France has rednecks just like the U.S. does.
If you look closely in my picture where i'm holding the 2 special tools you'll see laying in my toolbox a header collector with 4 pieces of square keyway welded to it, and the small end welded to an 1 5/16" socket. I didn't have the special tool used to take a carrier loose on a 115 Yamaha outboard lower unit, so I built one. Looks like crap, but works fine. Lol
Frederic, glad you got it going and you like the upgrade! I went out for a good ride on mine today and took an allen wrench along so I could adjust after riding for a while, and ended up at 11 clicks out on comp. and 9 out on rebound. My suggestion is to do like I did and take a wrench with you on a good ride and change 1 setting by 2-3 clicks, and see what it does. If it's better, go a couple more and see if it's better or worse. Do only one setting at a time, and you'll get it dialed it perfectly. You'll also be within 3-4 clicks of the recommended 12 clicks out.

No problem! The little gold centers are where you adjust compression and rebound with an allen wrench. Comp. is on left, rebound on the right. The wrench flats which is 14mm? I think, is for preload. You have 15 rounds worth of preload adjustment.
