2006 Wide Glide Is the V&H Fuel Pack as easy as it sounds? Does anyone use this?Not looking for a lot of performance, just want to change Pipe and Air Cleaner. Thanks

 

Have had one on my 06 and 07 Dyna's and they work very well.
My dealer was telling me that they were sceptical about them but
everyone that they have Dyno Tested has been "right on ".
It does take a little patience to fit it in the frame properly but the
tuning of it is a breeze and only takes minutes. There is a how to
video on the V&H WEB site as well.

For my 07 WG, I bought SE Slip-ons and the Stage 1 A/C and my dealer threw a Vance and Hines fuelpak on. Said he's been having too many problems with the downloads from HD, probably too lean.

Anyway, I watched 'em as they were setting it up, like WillieC says, it looked like it took a bit of fumbling around to get it to fit in there with all the other wires and such.

My bike runs great, although I have yet to really light it up since I'm still breaking it in.

I've also found Vance and Hines customer support to be great. They got back to me right away on the proper map to use.
