I put one on and it measured just over 150mm.
Your 200 is probably under 170 and if that is the case, you would probably be happier with an actual 170.
I ordered a 6" wide rim to lace onto my hub so my 180 will actually be 180 and the correct shape.
180/60/17 is stock on my wide glide with the stock 4.5" rim. Again you go to the tire manufacturers and look at the rim width the size of tire accommodates. If a 180/55/17 is good from a 4.5" rim to a 5" rim then the 4.5" rim will work fine. Simple stuff. Just requires a little effort to see what tire fits what rim. You measure the overall width of said tire and check your clearance and Shazam. You found the max width you can run.

You contact reputable vendors such as Hogpro for example and they will get you the correct setup. This will cost $$$ to make it work. Harley doesn't sell what you want to do. Talking to the dealer is barking up the wrong tree.

5.5" should be plenty fine. No reason for 6". Again contact Hogpro and they will help you. Lots of people are running a 200 on their 4.5" rim BUT you have to get the correct brand tire.

I would be happy with a 5.5" if it will make my rear tire look wider

Rear hoop from a Crossbones, but you'll have to have your stock hub laced to it.
