I'm not sure you should even run a 180 on a 4.5" rim.
I put one on and it measured just over 150mm.
Your 200 is probably under 170 and if that is the case, you would probably be happier with an actual 170.
I ordered a 6" wide rim to lace onto my hub so my 180 will actually be 180 and the correct shape.

I got home and it was too dark for photos I will up the pics in a few hours when day light comes back
I need bigger wider rims to make that will look like the original oem where do i buy one from i rang harley dealer and the spare parts guy was a bit not really wanting to do his job.

5.5" should be plenty fine. No reason for 6". Again contact Hogpro and they will help you. Lots of people are running a 200 on their 4.5" rim BUT you have to get the correct brand tire.
