i was kind of leaning towards going with a solo seat on my 06 superglide,was hoping to see pictures of other superglides that have solo seats

Ha...snap.....and another.....

The Sundowner solo does raise you up a good 1" or maybe a little more, but it is comfortable.

 

Just have the stock solo on mine. Still searching for that ever elusive solo that will put me back about 2 more inches.

Can't say the stock seat is all that bad if your doing 200 miles or less.

like geeram said, very comfortable. I think I'm going to get a bare bones seat too...if that's as comfortable, I'll sell the Sundowner seat...although it's very comfortable, not crazy about the "look"...

 

Here's mine with Mustang Wide touring solo. Very comfortable.
