Can it be done? I need a rear wheel in a pinch, and I happen to have a new set of 2014 touring wheels sitting in the box.

 

I'm pretty sure that a stock rear rim/wheel is 4.5" wide. It would be hard to imagine that 5" would be too wide.

 

No, the rear hub (with cush-drive) is a whole different animal that only will fit an Electra-glide.

 

It can be done with the right wheels/hubs, but you'll need axle spacers, pulley spacer, and perhaps a strut chop. The brake caliper and line will also be a pain.
