That's why I order by part number. Any screw up is either mine or theirs, no question or misunderstandings.

If a part isn't an $50 consumable that I would get at the local dealer, I will do some part compatibility and part number research with price comparisons. Sometimes the prices vary and I have bought from Surdykes and a few other dealers online without any problems or issues that would make me not do business with any of them today.

 

Most of my stuff has come from JP's, Surdyke or Kutter, my local dealer really pulls your pants down. So far I've had success with all of the above.

 

Don't forget New Caslte HD. Got to compare with the others online. Factoring in shipping, some parts are cheaper from certain dealers.
