Default Stock Street Bob front end?

I recently purchased my 2012 street Bob, first Harley. The Previous owner was a manager at a Harley dealer I got it from and did a lot of stuff to it. He said he would give me a list of things he did so I knew what I had going on but he never got around to it. I thought i remember him saying something about a different front end. How can I tell if I have a stock front end or a different dyna front end? I don't know if my rake is what it's supposed to be or the different front end gives it a different rake and trail. I want to lower the front and rear but I would like to know what front end I currently have.

More pics of the whole bike required. Need to see how level or not level the bike is. At first glance the front rake looks pretty stock but u need to post more pics of how the bike sits from rear to front.

Looks like stock Street Bob triple trees... I believe they were the only ones with the integrated risers like that, so the rake appears stock. The fork tubes *might* be extended... Kinda hard to tell, but I don't remember my SB fork tubes ever looking that long.

I feel like the back might sit a little low. It leans way over on the kick stand. This winter I'm going to get it to the height I want.

That's what I thought originally. He tried to make it look like a springer something or another. Idk. The front seems real tall to me after looking at other ones. I would've gotten a stock one if I knew I was going to completely change this one. Looked cool at the dealer.
