I bought the FLD kit a few years ago and it bolted right up (with a few washers as spacers) to my 2002 FXD. Only problem you might run into is your exhaust. I had to lose my Thunder header and go to SE II's because of how low the bottom pipe was on the T-header. Other than that it is the best mod I have done for comfort.
