Aftermarket Turn signals

Sweet.... Looks good. So did you pull the existing bar wires through the bars down to where you mounted them or did you tap into the wires somewhere to hook up to the new mount location?

I bought the $90 Harley kit, it had the harness and connectors. I didn't like how far the Harley clamps stick out so then I bought the smaller clamps. I'm not sure what year your is and how it's wired but mine is a 15 and it has 2 connectors in the neck for doing the turn signal relocation. The wires that go in the bars go to the turn signal switch, they are potted into the switch, so you can not just remove them and pull them out. I had to cut them and cap them so they don't short out.

Hey, I want to change my front turn signals to something smaller and sleeker than the bulky stock turn signals. between the internet and ebay I have not been able to find anything I like. If I dont find something I will more that likely just eliminate the turn signals...but this is my first "Big" Harley and I kind of want it to be street legal....any how, if you have pictures of your aftermarket FRONT turn signals, please post them, thanks.

I don't know about vehicle equipment laws in California but in many states there is no requirement that motorcycles have turn signals. You are legal so long as you use hand signals to indicate turns and lane changes.
