vibration at highway speed

Yep, same thing my WG was doing before I replaced the isolator and shimmed it...
Crawl down in front of the bike with a flashlight and check the front isolator, see if the rubber is contacting the front engine mount bracket. When the isolator begins to fail it distorts and the rubber makes contact with the bracket and can give you some nasty decel shuddering. There's an HD technical service bulletin M-1324 out on the problem from May of '12, their fix was to cut the contacting rubber of the isolator away but to me it's only a temporary fix. Just like a rubber band you've stretched out it never returns to its original shape and size...

hmmm...I've got a 2014 fatbob and I'm amazed at how vibration less the bars are.I have replaced the stock risers for 6.5" pullbacks and put Kuriakin grips on it which may contribute tro its smoothness though.
