What are these??

They're self-adhesive, come on a strip, the mechanic determines how much is needed, peels off the tape and sticks them on the wheel.
Scour your wheels with a keen eye and you should find where they came from, either by residue from the stick or if indeed they came off so cleanly look for the spot that's cleanest with the dimensions of those four weights.
But by all means, next time your at your riding buddy's house and he ain't looking, put them by his front tire to cause him grief and anxiety

I see what your saying but I'm going with they were cheaper weights as it looks like the double sided foam let that one weight come off and then the other side that was stuck to the wheel fell off the wheel. I'm never seen black ones though. All the ones I buy are grey lead colored. Have the wheels been panted and baked since the balance job was done?

No I have a 2015 fat bob. Never been painted, it's what came from dealer floor. They are attached with a like a 3m foam adhesive. I looked at my rear wheel and saw the same adhesive holding them to the wheel. The rear looks like 2 of the four are left and the front has 3 of the 4 left....doesn't seem right.
