Wow bike looks stellar Jesse. Really dig the pinstriping. Is that kind of thing fairly pricey if you don't mind my asking? Someone was telling me that it could be done as an add on and I've seen so many cool patterns.

Robby- I didn't pay anything for it really but cost of paint. My buddy did it for me. I'm in about 60 bucks in paint. Yeah, I'd be willing to bet you could have a similar scheme added on to your existing paint for probably a fairly reasonable price. Pin Stripping doesn't cost a whole lot to even have professionally done. This particular scheme is done in reverse of that though. It's not really "pin stripped" per se, even though it has a pin strip feel/pattern to it. The base coat was shot in the grey, next he taped it off with the thin pinstripping tape (like used for masking off flames and what not) with 1/4" for the borders and 1/8" for the middle portion, then shot it in gloss black leaving the taped portion in the base grey color, and finally clear coated it. Also I don't think anyone caught that the side cover with the dips in it were bondo'd in and smoothed over so the scheme could be even on both sides. Tricky Mother F'r didn't even ask me... he just did it Lol. I included before and after photos.

Those bags look great on your bike. Got to say the best looking bags for a street Bob.
Really like how the radius matches the curve of the fender.

All that work blacking it out and you didn't cover the shiny fork tubes with gaiters? 10 demerits for you!

Seriously, bike looks great, I especially like the paint/pin striping on the fairing.
