Bags on a 15 streetbob
Looking at bags for my 15 streetbob. I'm ok with the blinker relocation but not with the plate relocation. Wouldn't the blinker relocate move the plate anyway since its attached to the blinker stalk? Really don't want to spend $100 to put the plate back on the fender when u don't even like that look.

Thanks guys. I did find some bags that don't need plate relocation from the side mount, but I don't care for the bags lol.
I'll look for a pick of what the blinker relocate does for the plate itself. I think it looks terrible relocated. And yes, I catch my leg on it all the time currently.

That same person also had his bags for sale if you can find it. They looked pretty nice but in the end I think he went with the retro's (which do require both light and plate relo). I think someone mentioned the Great Bike Gear kit which moves everything in one fell swoop. Worked for me and looks good albeit I also like the side mount for the plate. Here is a link to my install thread.

These are what I went with. I got them from The Brown Cow Saddle company for like half of what fox creek sells them for, but it appears the brown cow doesn't sell saddlebags anymore. They fit perfectly between the shock and the signal and they look pretty good. My only gripe is with the opening. You open the flap and the bag is zippered shut. Because of the material there for the zipper to completely seal the bag it can be a pain to get large items through the opening. The zipper extends down the backside of the inside of the bag and if you stretch the opening to get a jacket in you'll often get the zipper to move all the way to the end, and it can be a really pain getting the zipper to close back up.
