I'm looking for a side license plate mount, similar to the one on the new 1200 Sportster Nightster. Anyone know of any good ones, or if the one from the new nightster will fit on an 06 Street Bob.

Custom Dynamics makes an LED-lit chrome frame for about $35. I used it on my Wide Glide, but it's orientation is vertical. Anything looks better than that stock snow plow plates.

 

You know I was just out looking at my bike and thinking up a mount. Someone stole my damn plate yesterday and I need a new mount now too.

allthat i have found are vertical, which i believe is technically illegal in Illinois, anyone have a decent looking horizontal side mount that they know of, and is it really something that will get you ticketed, as i have enough traffic violations....

 

Thats the one I bought. Haven't installed it yet though...
