Brand new Street Bob: Seating options before lowering
Gentlemen (and you to Ladies.), I just got me a 07 Street Bob (finaly made the jump from metrics)and I wanted to lower it so I can plant both my feet flat and firmly on the ground.Well before I went and got some new rear shocks to lower the bike,I decided to try a new seat first. My Question is what seat will bring me the lowest and also possibly move me back a bit ? I was looking at the Corbins Hollywood solo seat and heard about the Le Pera'sBare Bones solo seat. Which one do you guy's think is better and is their any other seating options out there ? Thanks in advance and any help (and pics too.) would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Brand new Street Bob: Seating options before lowering
I put an HD Badlander on my 07 Street Bob. I didn't really notice a difference in height but it moves me back about an inch. To me it is very comfortable but most other posts I have read say it is not. I really like the way it looks and along with an AlaskanLeather butt pad it works just fine.

Thanks fellas. Much appreciated. Hey hammerhead I noticed you mentioned both seats. The Corbin and the LePera's. Do you have both ? Which one did you like better between the two? I called LePera and they said they wouldn't have Bare Bones seat for the S Bob until late June so I might just go ahead and get the Corbin although I hate paying that $400 for1/4 of a seat. Anybody got some pics of aLe Pera's on a S-Bob or any Dyna just to give me an idea ? Thanks again fellas.
