Hey all I have a 99 Wide Glide and the primary outputshaft appears to be leaking. I stopped in and got all of the seals and quart of primary oil. Anyone have any pointers or heads ups they might wanna give me before I tear into this piggy tomorrow?

 

What is leaking to where Sabaka??

99 Wide Glide - is that the 88 motor??

You picked up seals-and- gaskets??

You gonna have to remove the inner primary??

If so, I do have some pointers for you.

I picked up all of the seals related to the primary chain case. It looked like the primary drain plug was leaking upon 1st glance but after looking closer I realized it was leaking from the primary output where the belt goes. I just drained the case and am about to pull the cover... I hope this doesn't turn into a nightmare.

 

Yes it's the twin cam 95 (big bore kit)
