Will the bike pass inspection with the turn signals reflectors painted black? Just asking before i go and do those next. I love the out come of my brake light.

 

Pshawtx which one do you have mounted on there? That one sits real nice and close to the fender.Really looks nice.

I'm not sure if it would be illegal, they are still pretty bright even with the reflector painted flat black. You could also use gloss black for more reflection.
Put some black plastic or black paper around the reflector and put the lens cover back on and see how it looks.
We don't have safety inspections out here, but if they did and they nit picked the bike, I would just put aluminum foil in there for the inspection.

 

Here are a couple pics of the Kuryakyn Low Profile LED Smoked Tail light on my Bob.

 

I had the Kurakyn smoked LED on my dresser and took it off. More than one person I rode with told me they could not see the brake light during the day in the sun. I figured if they couldn't see it, I had no shot that a cager would notice. The one thing that scares me is being rear-ended because I have little or no control over that. Just my $.02.

i had the kury deluxe with the lil chrome squiggly on it until i saw this thread a few days ago, i ordered and switched to the low profile one like psh's,boogies, and punishers and like it a hell of alot better. looks awesome on the bob and is brighter than the deluxe one i had.
