electronic odometer problems

electronic odometer problems
I have a 2000 Dyna Glide. My first Harley. The issue is that the odometer keeps resetting. the odometer shows 4300 miles. Will go to 4313 and back to 4300 miles again. I watched it happen. The speedometer itself works fine. I have not had this long, but the owner did disclose it. No other issues
