Has anyone ordered from them? I have a question about an item and emailed them but no reply. I then tried calling today and the number has been disconnected.

I got some TBars from them back in January. Showed up quick and good quality. But, I don't know why they wouldn't be responding or shut their phone down.

 

Some others have had issues contacting them. They make some cool bikes and they are stand-up guys, but they don't respond quickly.

Try contacting the owner, Ric Greene on Facebook if you have a Facebook account. He usually responds to people there.

 

There's a clue. Don't ever ever buy from a business that does not have a working phone #. JS

Ah, they could just be busy. Just wasn't sure if they were closed down or something. No big deal. I know if I worked at a bike shop I wouldn't want to be answering emails and phone calls all day.

Iv emailed him before and got a quick reply. They moved shop a few months ago maybe that number is for the old location.

I orderd tracker bars and chrome risers from them about 2 months ago, they were delivered in 3 days but sent me black risers, called them and left a message because it was around lunch time.they called back an hour later told me to ship them back and they will credit the shipping back to my paypal and send my chrome risers.they did and receive my risers within a week. This was the first time i ordered from there and they were stand up guys, i would order from them again. ( i live in upstate ny )

 

Received an email from them yesterday. He said if its on the website, then its in stock.
