Default Progressive drop-in springs

Does any one know if these are straight rate or progressive wound? The website says straight rate in one area of the description and progressive in another.

The ones I have from Progressive are progressively wound and did a great job of stopping brake dive and improving the suspension.

i believe they're progressively wound, as far as i know Traxxion is the only company making straight wound springs for the 49mm forks.

I wonder which springs your looking at and on who's page? You should make reference to a part no. or web page or something when you ask a question like this one.

Their webpage is a bit misleading. The fork lowering kit says it comes with straight rate springs in one area, and progressive rate in another. The picture sure looks like they're progressive rate, and the kit that I have for mine they are progressive wound.

Race Tech does indeed. Had them in my 08 FXD. May again in my new FXDL - if I don't "spring" (hyuk, get it?) for Ohlins cartridges.

Was looking at Ohlin site before I decided to go powder crazy and they listed nothing but shocks for 12 dynas. What are these cartridges you speak of? I went all progressive on my sporty. Drop in stock height front and 430 rear shocks. Wasn't impresses. To stiff at lightest preload and the springs made it worse. Tried 3 weight fork oil and gave up at 5w. Dont want to ride the wave again.

See www.motorcyclemetal.com - one of the sponsors. Fairly crappy website (no offence, H) but from what I hear, he knows his stuff.
