Your girl when I ride by on my Dyna

I was completely trying to joke about how you said not to talk crap about your "girl", thinking you meant your bike...then i realized it was in reference to the OP...and while handle bars do make bikes handle different, i think you would have a really hard time telling somone you can't "ride hard" with Apes, some people prefer them for it...to each his own

[QUOTE=Suede Blue Man;13886425]Holy Cow Op, what kind of fireworks did you ignite
ROFFL! LMFAO!!! No kidding, what started out as sharing a hilarious Dyna meme and a few pics of my cheapass new mods, turned into the biggest "Apes vs Tbars" battle the internet has ever seen! Funny because my original thread content had absolutely nothing to do with my handlebars. Anyway hopefully it lives on, it has become a rather amusing thread.

That's the prob with the internet. Some times sarcasm comes across wrong. And there has been worse apes vs low bars threads.
Don't no one get upset at my hatin' apes. I like the looks of them, rode with them for years. Just finally realized I could go faster with out 'em.
Edit: I might've been a little 'testy', My dyna is still apart and I'm ichin' to ride it.

Finally got around to removing my fork reflectors, re-plastidipping the lowers, installing Triumph fork gaiters and lowering my front fender.
Used a hair dryer on the reflectors. Had both off in 10 min. Very easy.
Triumph fork gaiters/boots. Thanks to Freedom Cycle, Okc for having these in stock.
Removing the plastidip and respraying with Rustoleum Peel Coat.
All done for now.
