10-12 Bobtail fender for 14 Wide Glide
Hey guys! So I've been toying around with ideas and I'm prepping to make a change. I always liked the way the bobtail fender looked on the Wide Glide, and not to thrilled, personally, with the round rear fender. Just my personal taste.
So my question is, how hard will it be, and what parts do I need to do the swap for my 14? I am sure this has been asked before, but would like any assistance if possible.
Thanks!

I installed a Wide Glide rear fender on my Fat Bob several months ago. It's a direct swap, plug and play. If you're going to make the reverse swap, and are interested in buying all the pieces necessary from one source, let me know. I have the fender, strut covers, supports, turn signals, light, wiring harness, every nut and bolt. Fender color is midnight pearl. Only 1200 miles on this stuff when I made the swap, so in like new condition.

I'd be interested. PM me info, please. And thanks!

Personally, I don't think it can be done...

The only painful part (for the WG) is cutting off the mounting tab for the license plate bracket. Jack up the bike to get the weight off the rear tire and the swap doesn't take long at all.
Good luck!
