Reflector residue on black denim paint
Hey guys, bought myself a 2014 street bob with black denim paint from the HD dealership recently and noticed that the previous owner removed the rear reflectors from the fender.
I would of done the same if they were still on there, however you can still see the glue residue at different angles. You can't feel it by touch, but it's definitely still there. I'm thinking about using some WD40 on it, but wanted to see if anyone else had any tips? Thanks!

Being that the reflectors and the bulk of the glue are already gone, you won't need to heat it up with the hair dryer. Just use some Goo-Gone and you should be fine. It's hard to tell from the picture and being that it's the denim black paint, and I don't have any experience with that color/paint but is it possible that it's discoloration from the sun, perhaps the reflectors were left on too long and the paint is discolored ??? You will know once you hit it with the Goo-Gone.
