Can you replace the baffles once you take them out? I know im gonna lose some torque but i would rather it sound louder. Do taking out the baffles make a big difference sound wise? I know you older guys think its stupid to have loud pipes but im young and want it loud.

Pull mine out for about an hour and put them back in. No back pressure, huge loss in performance.

Not that much louder believe it or not. I was surprised how minimal it was.

I'm running v&h straightshots. Easy baffle removal and reinstall!

Give it a shot you may like it.

Did you have to take the pipes completely off the bike or did you remove them still on the bike? Im wanting some more sound in the middle rpm's i like the way it sounds at idle and full throttle but in the middle it isnt that loud.

Thanks for the reply

It's a single allen screwon each. Mine slid out real easy. Left mufflers on bike.

My pro pipe is actually pretty loud when I give her a little throttle...makes the cops spin around to look, and mine are the quiet ones!
