Default Front LED Turn Signals

I got some front turn signals from Joker Machine and I'm trying to install, but I have 2 questions:

1.) Standard moco lights got 3 wires, Joker LED 2 wires this seems like a problem. Which wire is for the turn signal and which was is the running light??? Will it matter that nothing is hooked up to the running light portion?

2.)I have an LED tailight so I have a load equalizer for the turn signals, where is the best place to put it?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Front are 3 wire cause they are run/turn lights
The rear are just turn signals (2 wires)
My turn signal equalizer gets installed under the seat and just plugs in. Do you have to wire yours?

If its only 2 wire than most likely its only a turn signal and doesn't have a running light. If it does have a running light then it gets its ground thru its body.
