I just got my 2015 Black Denim Street bob a couple of months ago over here in England. Now i can only assume prices over here will be a little bit more than in USA...

I got mine for £11,000 after negotiating from £11,650. I believe it works out around $16,300. I also got 2 T shirts, Denim Paint cleaner and Free delivery included.

I'm thinking this is very high, I have always had liter sport bikes and never paid msrp or higher for a vehicle in my life, but I have contacted three dealer in my area and none will even give a quote without coming in. I think 14k is more than fair considering invoice on the bike I want is 11,059$. Any advice or dealer reccomendations? I'm in Riverside, CA
Hmm $11,059 up to 18k sounds ridiculous. Maybe they're pricing it with an addendum trying to get you to come in and walk out with a fully loaded one??? The math here is completely wrong. First off a base price FXDB (MSRP) is $13,449 for starters no 11K (on HD's website right now). Taxes will vary (city to city) and shipping and doc fees etc are going to vary from dealer to dealer depending on how much of greedy ******** they are. Mine on paper before I made my "deal" out the door at my local HD dealer was $16,200 ('14 base model and price was $13,349 then) and over a few cities (across phoenix valley) it was $16,700 out the door. I went to the "higher" priced one since they gave me WAY more for my trade-in.

First thing you need to do is find a new dealer. Did he have a gun? Because that guy's trying to rob you!

@Jesse_81
The math is not wrong 11k is invoice not retail.
After another visit we came to an agreement on 14k otd, financing wasn't were I wanted so just waited for my tax return to complete the deal.😁

Is that price for the base model? No abs. If so that's a sweet deal knowing how high taxes are. I live in Fremont so I have to pay 9% sales tax on top of dmv fees. Sucks that you had to go all the way to Modesto to buy

Hey guys,

New member here with my first post. Been lurking for a long time, wanting to get a Harley. I finally got one. Picked up a 2014 Street Bob in vivid black (base model) for a total OTD price of $13,317 from Battle Creek HD in Battle Creek, MI (I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in MI looking for a Harley. They were awesome to deal with). It was a leftover model from last year. The odometer literally had 0 miles on it! I couldn't be happier, and based on some of the numbers I am seeing here, it looks like I got a great deal. I am looking forward to being a member of the forum here, and I have learned a lot about Harleys by reading on this forum.

I had a Ninja 250 about 10 years ago, and I bought a Vulcan 900 back in 2012. It feels good to finally get an American bike.

Yeah, well it's the black denim one so supposedly it's even $400 more expensive than the base model. No ABS. I got it in Modesto because it was way cheaper than Livermore or Oakland HD.
