I just bought a motorcycle backpack from walmart for $34.99 that mounts to the sissy bar. Still have 3' of snow in the yard so haven't officially used it yet but i fitted it in the garage and it'll end up working great.

I have this bag (bro in law, and wife also). Great bag for the price. The down side is you need a sissy bar, but if you need to buy a rack not much difference.
