About the pinstriping, I had been thinking of striping sinceI'd seen the 06's. I wanted red and white but there's no white on the bike yet! (darn tire sizes!) anyway, so I went with red and silver because of the chrome and brushed aluminum (that I hate!) so I took it to a local guy named Danny Taylor.

Danny Taylor, formerly of Taylor's House of Color, has a 30 year work history in custom artistic automotive design. His work has been showcased approximately 350 times in national magazines and 47 covers. Has has also been featured on the hit television show "Rides".
He's a great guy and done a wonderful job even stripedmy helmet to match the bike!

The Hubby works ata dealership here in town, and we were looking around for one that wouldn't hurt my hip when riding, &didn't like the one it came with yuck! (my thing)
So we found an old XL SE air cleaner in the parts room, bought it for $8 and he had it powdercoated for me for christmas, it was pieced together with a K&N filter and the high flow kit. He had it wrinkle finish coated by a local guy who also did the Kury footpegs, heel rests,& gear shift linkage.They match the engine perfect! andmy hip don't hurt now when I ride.
