That's what I'm concerned about as well with my FLH bags. I guess I'll see here in a few weeks when I get my wheels put back together and mounted.

My lady (5' tall) has lots of clearance under her thighs, but her caves just barely touch the lids lip on the front of the bag. I want to put a footboard on the passenger pegs setup so she can move her feet a little more forward. She has never said anything about it, I just happen to notice when she is sitting on the bike.

Here are FLH bags on my streetbob. I used sumax cycles brackets to mount them. No modification required.

Those are the ones. It's a good product but no directions included. One thing to be aware of is there is no brace side-to-side. I had to make one. I used it as a license plate bracket as well.

Had the wife sit on the bike and she has plenty of room.

Readjusted the bags more and definitely better then what they were. Still have a slight slant look as the angle of the bags differ from the angle of the shock. Not AS bad of angle as the original pics.

looks much better, when I was adjusting mine, it was all about making sure the bottom of the bags ran parallel with the exhaust pipe to achieve that nice flow look.
