Default handle bar switchs

What is the difference between handle bar switch clamp and handle bar switch housing. They are different torque value . Thats why im asking.

I would think the handlebar switch clamp is the top bridge to hold the handle bars in place as where the handlebar switch housing is the on/off turn housing. Big difference in tq...

It should be pretty evident by looking closely at the switch housings. There should be four screws on each switch housing. The two that are horizontal and roughly parallel to the ground are the 'clamp' screws and prevent the housing from rotating on the handlebars. The two screws that are vertical, one at the top and one at the bottom, keep the two halves of the housing screwed together.
