2000 wet/dry on the 6061 T6 rear axle and the third polish with Mothers. That rear axle assembly is now a mirror. Polished all the chrome on the bike with Turtle Wax chrome polish. Took her out for a sweet 87 mile romp. This thing is the bomb.

You got a picture of that thing now that it's done (?) Hopefully I'm a couple decades from considering converting mine to a trike, but I'm curious how it rides. Must be weird not leaning or countersteering anymore.

I must have missed the part where this thread turned into a soap opera. Spare us all the drama, would you? This isn't Days of Our Lives...

Rode mine to work today after rebuilding the front end with new seals and 20W Bel Ray. Combined with the Racetech springs, tube extensions, and RB shocks makes for a damn nice ride. Thinking about a set of their emulators or the Ricor intiminators next time I have to tear the forks apart. Nice to be back on two after being dogshit sick for two weeks...now I've got this one dialed in I can focus on getting the Evo back on the road.
