Since you posted this an hour ago I've been reading and watching youtube vids on this stuff. It's amazing and can last a few years if you apply it correctly. I'm going to do the shifters, turn sigs, trees, lowers and the belt guard today. I got a case of beer and I'm not afraid to use it. I'll post before and after pics when it's done. Wish me luck.

Went for 1st group ride.We went to Nauti Goose on the upper Chesapeke. It was a great ride 13 bikes no A$$ holes. a couple of wanna be HD's, but they were nice too. 170+mi.round trip. Stock seat by the time I got home was kicking my ***!! Plus I haven't ridden the Dyna that far since I bought it last Aug.

Default Not a great day

I had her towed. We were about 60 or 70 miles from home and she got squirrelly. Picked up a nail. No wonder I scraped on a turn that really wasn't all that hard.

Flats suck.

You are running tubeless tires. Think about a plug kit to carry with you. If you are not comfortable with plugs change the tire after you get home. Much cheaper than a tow.

Yup. Gonna look into carrying a kit and maybe a small hand pump on longer runs. Had to stop on this one though. I was afraid I'd pop the bead and scrape up my rim. Too far from any gas station or truck stop.

Live and learn. Had to happen sometime. Just glad we stayed safe. My old lady was on board too.

There's some nice 12V pumps avail now that are smaller than a hand pump. Easy to store with a plug kit in the bottom of one of your bags.

Fxdx: that sounds good. If it plugged into my battery tender port (I don't have any sockets or anything on my bike) then that would be awesome. I guess I should look into that but my first instinct was lightweight and small. Like the pump I had on my 10 speed. Thing is, you don't know my old lady. We go for a ride and she packs like we're moving!!! Everything AND the kitchen sink!!
