Also repainted the battery band with the Harley denim color paint. A little "brighter" than the wrinkle black:

 

You will really like the fact that the sun will no longer blind you reflecting off the chrome dash.

 

Oh yea!! I was dying to finally do this because that sun reflection was driving me crazy.

 

Finally installed my backrest.
Btw the site (fehling.de) mentioned that it doesn't fit the 2007 Street Bob.
Well just to show them wrong, it does.
Didn't get the chance to try it out though.
First impression, does feel comfortable.
Paid 88 bucks, nearly new.
Still waiting on my adjustable shaker floorboards;

Sometimes I've thought of doing the same for my FXDC, The reflective glare is annoying. BTW, what KTM is that? Just bought a '15 690 Duke, 2nd one... KTM's are fun, different than our MoCo's, but really fun.... tp

Washed both Dyna bikes. Been riding my trikes mostly and realized I havent cleaned them ☝ yet.
