Replaced top riser clamp with one that only houses the indicator lights. I moved the speedo to the top of the fork, housed it in pvc painted black.

That is beautiful, I actually bought that clamp over the weekend. Was the disassemble of the old speedo bracket hard to do?

Thanks, Naw just a couple screws. The housings I found online were crazy expensive so this seemed like the way to go. I did find some cheap options on eBay searching for speedometer cups as well, but it's hard to know if it's going to fit or not.

I hear you on that one. I went with the autometer 3209 that sticks on the side of engine. Hopefully it fits. I will be sure to let you know what the outcome of that one is

Got my new Bare Bones solo seat. Seems like a new bike.
Went from this:

Anybody have opinions on the bags? I need bags for when I ride to work, but I don't know how I feel about these old things.

Nice update with the seat. The bags are a little hard to see due to the tilt of the bike.

Also, what bars are those, and how tall are they?

As far as the bags, I was more concerned with the look of the layover straps on the fender. To me it kind of looks out of place, but they're convenient.
The bars are home made 9" Z bars that were made by a friend of the previous owner. I was going to swap them for 12" apes but I kinda like 'em.
