Impressive ToddSkill to say the least!!
I know it takes a huge effort in time / thought / and man power to build something as complex....your bike and your safety depends on it.
I helped a friend years ago by design and building a cable operated lift for a 1982 Ski Supreme to go up a hill 250 ft at 40% grade....very scary.
Anchored wench mount in basement florr with rebar as pylons and concrete pad.
Again very cool

Thanks, took a few modifications to make it work safely.
I have a aluminum tilt trailer, but, didn't want to have to keep watch on it. > backing up. etc. I don't use the Ford much anymore, thinking about selling it and the trailer, is the reason for building a way to haul the bike on the Dually.
used the same 20 % angle, works when using the Ford.. but wasn't safe, leaving the bike, to strap it down, due to the Cummins sitting higher.
Ended up adding a removable slide to the hitch area, so the ramp could sit on the ground > strap the bike down, then winch it up, onto the truck.
the bolted bar in the last pic > is for locking down the sliding ramp for transport

Received and installed my new Sick Saddles seat. The ride test has to wait for Thursday but really hoping for more comfort.
I went with the gel and memory foam combo. I also clipped away some of the plastic pan on the passenger pillion to get it to fit. Not sure If I will keep it on or not, but I do like the look!

Starting turning out a custom neck bearing cover and my 3/8 boring bar can't cope with the 2.25 hole in 316 stainless...so I ordered a 5/8 bar. Work on hold til Sat. :/
