I ordered a new front wheel to get rid of my spokes on the Bob. Now, I can put my spoke wheels up for sale and get some $$ back....to use on other parts I'm sure.

Completed the install of the Target Tune upgrade today. While the original Power Vision install went completely smoothly, the Target Tune install - well, not so much. Initially, the problem was the stuck cap on one of the 18mm bungs on my D&D Fat Cat pipe. As previously mentioned this was resolved with the help of an induction heater. Today's install seemed to go smoothly and is a nice clean install. Unfortunately, after flashing the new TT tune the engine trouble light is now activated. I'm anxiously awaiting tomorrow's call to Fuel Moto to hopefully get this resolved. My Lucky Dave's seat also arrives tomorrow... that should be a less complex install. Here are my DTCs:

I have those and plan to install them when I have the rear wheel off.

Edit: A part is scheduled for delivery tomorrow which will allow me to install the handlebars then I can start wiring the bike back up. Yay!

clear them all and run the bike for a second. See what comes back.

Done. The speedo code dropped off but the two O2 codes come back and engine trouble light stays on.

[Edit] Just got off the phone with Jaime over at Fuel Moto. It was a quick fix. Went to the Configuration tab under Quick Tune and found that Heated O2 was checked. The check was removed to solve the problem. No more DTCs!!

Some progress on my bars:
  • Bars are on
  • Wired up
  • Forks are back on with better oil and a little more pre-load
  • Turn signals are mounted and wired up
  • Black fork caps are on
  • Cables should be fitted next week

I'm not sold on the clash between the semi gloss bars and the gloss trees and lowers yet but I think when the braided lines go on (going with chrome because I don't want total black out) it will break it up a bit. Might look at doing the trees and lowers in matte at a later date.
