Where and when is he gonna start selling these?
My brother is going to be producing fork braces for 49mm tubes. He is using my bike as the test mule. Here is the first one off the line after machining and tumbling. Now just need to wait for pc before final install. It has some pretty cool 3D machining and the 4 bolts per endcap provide more clamping force than the normal 2 bolts per cap.
And here is a pic of a finished and powder coated 39mm fork to give a better idea of the profile.

The wind blocking is very good! No significant buffeting w the 15 inch windscreen.

It's really cool watching it from the design work to the machining. The braces are made in a Mazak PFH4800 horizontal mill. She holds two pallets with tombstones, holds 80 different tools in the automatic tool changer and has a 12k spindle speed. It's awesome to watch it run through the programs.

He has some really cool stuff in the works for the FXR and Dyna people. I'll post more as he releases products.

I know I'll prob get some crap for this, but maybe your bother can work on an adjustable back rest for the rider that works with either a two up or solo seat.
The brace looks great, any plans to make a wider version for the Wide Glide or Fat Bob?
